Payment Options:
 
1. PayPal:
An email will be sent to verify your order. Your order will then be  filled within 24-48 hours and shipped.  (Unless so noted in the reply email.)
Delivery within the USA can be expected to take from 2 to 4 weeks.
Shipment to Canada so far has averaged 4 to 6 weeks. Puerto Rico about the same as Canada.
All merchandise must be paid for in advance of shipment.
 
2. Credit Card Payment:
PayPal accepts most major credit cards. CCNow was dropped for now as paypal seemed to be the payment of choice by my customers.

3. Personal Checks & Money Orders
Email us at the address provided throughout the pages in this site with the item or items you would like to purchase. Please include the following in your email:
Item name(s) and description(s), quantity, and email address where we can contact you to verify your order. Your order will then be  filled within 24-48 hours and shipped.  (Unless so noted in the reply email.)
Delivery within the USA can be expected to take from 2 to 4 weeks.
Shipment to Canada so far has averaged 4 to 6 weeks.

Delivery time may increase as payment must clear the banks prior to shipment.

$10.00 - 49.99                              $8.95

$50.00 - 99.99                              $10.95

$100.00 - 199.99                         $12.95

$200.00  and  over                       $15.95

 

To Canada & Puerto Rico:

Above ground rates plus (up to) $15.00 depending on the size and weight of package. Actual cost will be charged. USPS is cheapest but it is also slow, taking approximately 3 to 6 weeks for delivery. I have found that UPS can delivered within 5 to 7 days! However, it is about $10.00 more.

Airmail Service is available if you need your parcels faster at a rate of (up to) $20.00 over the Ground rates.

 

 

A note to our Canadian Puerto Rican Friends:

I regret that we must charge this additional shipping.  I have  been unable to find cheaper rates but will continue searching.

 

Exception:The Hand-Painted Scrolls  Rate: $2.50 extra.

 

I will be investigating the cost of sending the Patchouli Sand Candles to Canada and may be able to reduce their shipping rate as well.

Our Policy is Simple. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right. Replacement, Full return. You must be 100% Satisfied!
